Vinge has advised Main Capital and its portfolio company Pointsharp in connection with Pointsharp's acquisition of Meaplus AB and Nubibus Software AB. Pointsharp is a Swedish provider of identity and access management solutions as well as secure information exchange, with operations in the Nordics, DACH and Benelux. The acquisition complements Pointsharp's existing offering with capabilities in secure digital communication and strengthens the company's position in the Swedish public-sector market, particularly in the municipal and healthcare segments. The transaction is Pointsharp's sixth add-on acquisition since Main Capital became an investment partner in November 2020.
Meaplus is a software company founded in 2015 that develops SEFOS, a digital platform for secure communication.
