Vinge advises the seller in conjunction with the sale of Klaravik to TBAuctions.

Klaravik is a leading marketplace for used machines within construction, agriculture and heavy weight vehicles and have approx. 190 employees with headquarters in Karlstad.

TBAuctions is a leading auction platform and marketplace for used and second-hand products, operating through the following brands: Troostwijk Auctions, BVA Auctions, Vavato, British Medical Auctions, Auksjonen and PS Auctions.

Vinge’s team consisted mainly of Jonas Bergström, Joacim Rydergård, Per Kling and Olivia Belding (M&A), Marcus Glader (Competition Law), Malin Malm Waerme and Mathilda Persson (IP and IT) as well as Anna Ekdahl Roos and Christoffer Widström (VDR).

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
