Vinge advises in conjunction with sale of mySafety Group

Vinge has advised Litorina and other shareholders of mySafety Group AB in conjunction with the sale of the company shares to a consortium consisting of Empir Group AB and a number of current and previous senior officers within the mySafety group.

mySafety invented ID protection insurance in 2008 and has been the Nordic market leader and inventor in the fraud and ID protection insurance field since then. In 2021, mySafety had an approximate turnover of MSEK 352 with an EBITDA of approximately MSEK 38.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Per Kling, Gunilla Nyman and Ellinore Boström Andersson.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
