Vinge advises Heda Security in conjunction with its acquisition of M&M Stängsel Service

Vinge has advised Heda Security in conjunction with its acquisition of the shares in M&M Stängsel. The Heda Security group is the leading business group in the Nordic region focusing on the installation and service of area security and, following this latest acquisition, will have an approximate turnover of MSEK 600 and 200 employees.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of  Johan Winnerblad and Nando Basic.
