Vinge advises Funnel in conjunction with pre-IPO financing

Vinge has advised Funnel and its shareholders in conjunction with a capital procurement of USD 66 million.

The financing round is led in part by the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP4) and Stena Sessan, although several existing shareholders are also participating in the round. Funnel has developed its own technology within the online marketing sector.

Priveq Fund VII has entered into a credit facility agreement with Swedbank AB (publ) which will primarily be used to finance the fund’s investment activities. The credit facility is linked to certain of Priveq’s sustainability targets, which means that the interest rate on the credit facility will be adjusted up or down based on the performance of Priveq Fund VII's portfolio companies.
