Vinge has advised EQT-backed Recover Group in its sale of Serwant to Norverstor. Serwant is a provider of above and underground infrastructure maintenance services.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Samra Tesser, Nina Fathjalali and Alex Forsberg.
