Vinge has advised Enfo in connection with the acquisition of e-man AB.

e-man AB specializes in integration including development and systems architecture. The company develops business-specific solutions which increase the customers’ competitiveness and profitability. e-man’s service areas include system integration, system management and system development.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with, among others, associates Samra Baytar and Michaela Cronemyr.

The credit facility is linked to certain of Priveq’s sustainability targets, which means that the interest rate on the credit facility will be adjusted up or down based on the performance of Priveq Fund VII's portfolio companies.
