VINGE ADVISES ELOS AB (PUBL) IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SALE OF FIXTURLASER AB

Vinge has advised Elos AB (publ), listed on NASDAQ OMX, Stockholm, in connection with the sale of the shares in Fixturlaser AB to Acoem, a company within the Evolem group. Fixturlaser develops, manufactures and sells geometry and shaft alignment systems for industrial enterprises. The purchase price for the shares amounts to approximately SEK 142 million on a cash and debt free basis.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of responsible partner Anders Strid, associates Johanna Björnum Nyström (project manager), Emma Kero Ljungberg (VDD manager), Anna Seisling (employment) Anna Hofling Johansson (tax) and Daniel Lennartsson (M&A).
