Vinge advises Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate on the sale of Kista Office Portfolio

Vinge advises Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate on the sale of Kista Office Portfolio to DnB NOR Eindomsfond I AS. The properties in Kista measure 120,000 square metres and are sold for a total of MSEK 2,920.

Doughty Hanson is represented by partner Stefan de Hevesy assisted by associates Henrik Wenckert, Anders Frick and Marie Brommesson.
