Vinge advises Crompton Greaves in connection with the acquisition of Emotron

Vinge has advised Crompton Greaves Ltd in connection with its acquisition of Emotron from Polaris Private Equity. The company's purchase price amounted to EUR 57 800 000. Crompton Greaves is an Indian listed technology company and Emotron manufactures drive systems for electricity driven engines. Crompton Greaves' s acquisition of Emotron is subject to the approval of the German Competition Authority.

Vinge's team advising Crompton Greaves Ltd consisted of partner Magnus Hedsund together with, among others, associates Kristian Ford and Karin Engström. Partner Pär Remmelid and associate Rickard Vernet provided competition law advice. Partner Ingela Malmborg and associate Carl Fahleryd provided employment law advice.

Vinge advises Trinax Group in conjunction with the acquisition of AddMobile and Scudo Solutions

Trinax Group has acquired the Swedish company AddMobile and the Finnish company Scudo Solutions, which specialise in software for work order management and project and cost management respectively. The two acquisitions broaden the group’s offering across the entire value chain, from the client’s budget and costing to the contractor’s field work, whilst strengthening its geographical presence in Finland.
