Vinge advises Capman funds in connection with the sale of Proxima

Vinge has advised funds managed by CapMan in connection with the sale of Proxima. Proxima is a private healthcare provider conducting high quality primary care, diagnostics, specialist care, rehabilitation and occupational healthcare operations. The operations are primarily conducted in the Stockholm although the company also has centres in Uppsala, and the Östergötland and Skåne regions. The transaction is subject to approval by the competent competition authorities.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jan Byström together with, among others, associates Martin Hall, Anna-Sofia Nilsson Prevell, Malin Buch and project assistants Pernilla Warg and Mikaela Mars. Partner Marcus Glader provided competition law advice.

The transaction positions Morrow Bank as a leading Nordic platform in consumer finance with combined gross loans of SEK 28.2 billion.
