Vinge advises Bridgepoint on the acquisition of Ports Group

Vinge is advising Bridgepoint Development Capital ("Bridgepoint") in connection with the acquisition of House of Ports Holding AB ("Ports Group").

Ports Group is a fast growing and profitable platform-based provider of IP and domain services. Ports Group has a unique position in the market with 25 years of experience in digitalisation as an ICANN-accredited registrar and a comprehensive Brand Protection package including software and services within Domain Management, Trademark Management and Web Security. Proactive protection through Ports Group's monitoring services secures the customer's intellectual property and exclusive rights. Central to what Ports offers is the Ports Management software platform, which brings together the portfolio of holdings, providing an optimal overview and automated management. The platform manages domains, trademarks and web security products.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
