Vinge advises Bragnum Invest in connection with acquisition

Vinge has advised Bragnum Invest in connection with the acquisition of Metrolit Byggnads AB.

Metrolit Byggnads AB conducts redevelopment and building extension operations in Stockholm and the Mälardal region. 

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Christina Kokko together with, among others, associates Johanna Wiberg and Stina Bengtsson.
