Vinge has advised Axcel VII and Acurum Group in connection with the acquisitions of H3o Vatten & Fuktskador AB and Testab fog & sanering AB

H3o Vatten & Fuktskador AB and Testab fog & sanering AB are entrepreneur-led, local businesses with expertise in moisture control and moisture and remediation, respectively. Through the acquisition of H3o Vatten & Fuktskador AB, Acurum Group expands its offering in moisture control, with a particular focus on investigation and remediation of water and moisture damage. Testab fog & sanering AB complements the group with a broad offering in asbestos and PCB remediation, as well as other building technology remediation.

Acurum Group consists of companies offering services in air quality, moisture control and pipe maintenance, and has been operating since 2024. The group currently comprises 19 companies in Sweden and Norway, with approximately 600 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 900 million. Each company operates under its own brand but grows through joint initiatives, collaboration and shared expertise within the group.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
