Vinge advises Advania in connection with the acquisition of atNorth HPC AB

Vinge has advised Advania, one of the leading IT companies in the Nordic region, in connection with the acquisition of atNorth HPC AB. The acquisition strengthens Advania's presence within high-performance computing (HPC).

atNorth HPC AB is a company specializing in high-performance computing (HPC) that provides solutions for large-scale data processing used in advanced research, computer-aided simulations, and AI training. The acquisition is an important part of Advania's ambition to become Northern Europe's most comprehensive HPC and AI service provider.

Vinge’s team consisted of Peter Sundgren, Ulrich Ziche, Robin Sultani and Hanna Stamer (M&A), Simon Söderholm and Johanna Fjellström (employment), Nicklas Thorgerzon and Mathilda Persson (IPR), Eva Fredriksson, Martin Boström and Mario Saad (commercial agreements, IT och GDPR).
