VSV AB with its subsidiaries Scandinavian Transmission Service AB, LBM Autoparts AB and Vaihteistokeskus Oy (the "Companies") conduct operations pertaining to trading and refurbishing transmission parts and driveline components for vehicles.

Vinge's team consisted of Wibeke  Sorling (Partner, M&A), Jenny Sandlund (Senior Associate, M&A) and Amanda Stoltz.

 Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books.
