Vinge advised Platzer in conjunction with the sale to Göteborgs Hamn

Vinge has advised Platzer Fastigheter in conjunction with the sale of the property Göteborg Arendal 764:720 which includes 108 000 square metres of land and 69 000 square metres of water area. The transaction occurs through a corporate sale. The agreed real estate value amounts to SEK 475 000 000.

Vinge’s team consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larsson et al.
