Vinge advised Platzer in conjunction with the acquisition of MIMO

Vinge has advised Platzer in conjunction with the acquisition of the property MIMO in Mölndal with a total gross area of approximately 40 000 square metres.

The seller is NCC. Two office buildings have been erected on the property. Closing will take place when the project is completed, which is estimated to be the second six‑month period in 2024.

Vinge’s team consisted of Olof Jisland, Kristoffer Larsson and Ulf Pyk.
