Platzer’s sale of residential property at Gamlestadens Fabriker to JM

Vinge advised Platzer in connection with the sale of a residential property at Gamlestadens Fabriker to JM. The transaction encompasses 5 000 square metres of ground area with a potential building development of 26 300 square metres.

The sale was performed with the agreed property value of SEK 158 million. JM intends to develop the area with approximately 330 residential properties. The transaction is part of the development of the Gamlestaden area in Gothenburg.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larsson.
