Vinge has advised Platzer in connection with the transaction of the disposal of part of the area Arendal (108 000 square metres land and 69 000 square metres of water area) to the Port of Gothenburg.
The property value was SEK 475 million. The transaction will facilitate the transfer of the shipping company Stena Lines’ Germany and Denmark terminals from central Gothenburg to Arendal in the Hisingen area. The municipality has plans to develop the freed-up part of the riverside in central Gothenburg into a closely developed mixed use urban space.
