Platzer acquires from Higab for SEK 1.9 billion

Vinge has advised Platzer Fastigheter in conjunction with the acquisition of three properties located at Medicinareberget in Gothenburg encompassing 52 800 square metres, consisting of Odontologen, Biotech Center and Hälsovetarbacken. The underlying property value amounted to SEK 1 875 000. The seller was Higab.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland, Kristoffer Larson and Ulf Pyk.
