Vinge advises First State Investments on acquisition of E.ON Gas Sverige AB.

Vinge has advised European Diversified Infrastructure Fund II ("EDIF II"), an infrastructure fund managed by First State Investments, in connection with the acquisition of E.ON Gas Sverige AB.

E.ON Gas Sverige AB is the part of E.ON Sverige AB which owns gas networks. First State Investments is a global fund manager with more than 20 years of infrastructure investment experience. EDIF II, where investors are predominantly European pension funds, focuses on long-term investments in European infrastructure companies.

The Vinge team advising First State Investments includes Christoffer Thalin together with Kristoffer Franzkeit, Niklas Törnell, Anna Jonson, Anna Thuresson, Henrik Borna, Freja Ljungdell Kristensen, Daniel Melander Björner, Mathias Lindquist, Jack Bengtsson and Emelie Svensäter Jerntorp. Henrik Ossborn and Fredrik Christiansson advised on the financing of the transaction. Björn Mullaart and Rickard Vernet provided competition law advice.

Vinge has advised SBP Kredit AB (publ) in connection a securitisation with a Nordic bank as senior lender

The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity. The agreement has been structured in accordance with the EU Securitisation Regulation and enables qualified loans to be continuously transferred to a special purpose vehicle within the SBP group.
