Vinge has adviced a fund administrated by KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG with the acquisition and project financing of the Bäckhammar wind farm. Developed by the Swedish wind power developer Eolus Vind AB (publ), the Bäckhammar wind farm will have a total effect of approximately 130 MW. DNB Bank acted as lender.
With the close of the transaction, 100% of the shares in the wholly owned Sye business subsidiary, all relevant IPRs and contracts and about 30 employees and consultants have been transferred to the acquirer.
