Vinge advises in conjunction with the sale of LGT Group AB

Vinge has advised Litorina IV LP and other shareholders in conjunction with the sale of LGT Group AB to NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S. LGT is the leading specialist within furniture logistics in the Nordic region, with approximately 320 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 830 million.

The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities.  

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Joacim Rydergård, Viktor Lennartsson, Nathalie Hughes and Christoffer Widström.
