Philippa specialises in public procurement and public sector business. She advises suppliers and contracting authorities throughout the entire procurement process – from strategic advice ahead of tender submissions to disputes concerning review procedures, procurement fines, damages and ineffectiveness of contracts. She is also engaged to advise on matters arising during the contract period, such as contract interpretation and modification of public contracts. Philippa has several years' experience in the field from a supervisory authority, the courts and other law firms, and regularly lectures on the procurement of welfare services at Uppsala University.
