Malin Olsson is a senior associate at Vinge, working primarily on insolvency-related matters and real estate law. She has extensive experience in handling bankruptcies and assisting in reconstructions of companies operative in a variety of industrial sectors. In addition, she has experience in cross-border insolvency matters, as well as in winding-up procedures and liquidations. Malin is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and the Swedish Association for Reconstructors and Bankruptcy Trustees (REKON).
