Carl Johan af Petersens has extensive experience in the TMT and energy sectors. He represents a broad range of domestic and international companies. Engaged in a number of projects and disputes, primarily in Scandinavia, in areas such as telecoms licensing, access and pricing regulation, broadband networks and services, cable and satellite television, mobile communications, M2M/IoT. Carl Johan has also acted as legal advisor in some of the largest Swedish litigation proceedings and transactions regarding electricity and gas networks. He also works with the firm’s corporate department in major M&A transactions in the TMT sector.

Speaker at a number of conferences, i.a. at IBC in Brussels (Liberalisation of the EU telecoms market) and London (Satellite communications in Europe), Itechlaw’s Conference in Stockholm (The Nordic telecoms market) and various seminars within electronic communications.
