The committee, appointed by Mats Odell, the minister for financial markets, will evaluate the guidelines of the AP funds regarding environment, ethics and corporate governance. The report will focus on the extent and the structure of the organisation that considers ethical and environmental issues in Sweden as well as internationally, etc. The committee will also be able to propose new guidelines or changes if required.
The committee consists of Ulla-Carin Giertz MBA, professor Hans De Geer and advokat Bertil Villard.
