Vinge represented Verdane Capital in the divestment of Wireless Maingate

Vinge represented Verdane Capital VI in the divestment of Wireless Maingate AB (”Maingate”) to the NASDAQ-listed Canadian company Sierra Wireless, Inc. for a purchase price of USD 90 million.

Maingate is a pioner within the M2M field, i.e. mobile communication between devices, and has a market leading position in the Nordic market. Sierra Wireless is a world leader within the field of equipment and services for M2M communication.

Vinges team consisted of partner Jesper Ottergren together with associates Anna Edström, Kristoffer Franzkeit and Cecilia Cronqvist

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
