Vinge represented the sellers in the divestment of Fred Holmberg & Co AB to Brenntag Nordic AB. Fred Holmberg & Co AB is active within the field of distribution of chemicals, biofuels and products for NOx reduction and has an expected turnover of more than SEK 700 million for 2014. Brenntag is the world leader in chemicals distribution and the acquisition strengthens Brenntag’s presence on the Nordic market.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jesper Ottergren together with associate Fredrik Christiansson. In addition, specialist Mathias Lindqvist has assisted with environmental law expertise and partner Pär Remnelid, together with associate Lisa Bourghardt, have assisted with competition law expertise.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
