Vinge represented Capinordic A/S in the acquisition of Nordisk Fondservice AB

Capinordic has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Nordisk Fondservice, a fund management company serving Swedish insurance companies and banks. The purchase price was SEK350 million.  Capinordic is a Scandinavian financial services group listed on the Copenhagen Stock Market, and this acquisition can be viewed as a step toward strengthening Capinordic’s position on the Swedish market.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle.
