Vinge is advising GE Energy in connection with the acquisition of ScanWind

Vinge is advising GE Energy in connection with the acquisition of ScanWind. ScanWind, headquartered in Trondheim, Norway, develops direct drive wind turbine technology suitable for offshore deployment. Closing of the transaction is subject to applicable competition law approvals and other customary closing conditions.

The Vinge team advising GE Energy includes partner Jan Byström and associates Tuula Tallvaara, Peter Sundgreen and Martina Engström.
