Vinge has represented ABG Sundal Collier in connection with the founding of ABG Sundal Collier Fastena AB together with the other three co-founders Andreas Birgersson, Per Nisses and Philip Söderqvist.

ABG Sundal Collier Fastena is an investment company focused on properties in Sweden and Finland, which intends to acquire and manage properties on behalf of investors.

Vinge's team consisted mainly of Kristoffer Franzkeit, Niklas Törnell, Maria Schultzberg (tax), and Martin Svanberg (regulatory issues).

 Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
