Vinge has advised Visa in connection with its investment in the Swedish fintech company Mynt AB ("Mynt"). The investment, which is part of Mynt's announced Series B funding round, underscores Visa's commitment to supporting innovative fintech solutions and improving payment experiences for businesses across Europe.

Mynt is a Swedish-founded SaaS fintech company specialising in spend management solutions, delivering services that help business owners simplify their administration and bookkeeping by offering a corporate card that integrates with customers' accounting systems via Mynt's platform. The partnership will enable Visa to better meet its clients’ needs and the underserved small and medium-sized businesses (“SMBs”) market, while enabling Mynt to address the growing demand for efficient spend management among SMBs.
