Vinge has advised Studentbostäder i Norden AB (publ), a real estate company whose ordinary shares are listed on Nasdaq First North, in connection with a directed share issue whereby the company receives SEK 50 million in issue proceeds before deduction of transaction costs.

The strategy of Studentbostäder i Norden is mainly to develop and acquire cost effective student housings in Swedish university cities. The company trades in Sweden on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the ticker STUDBO.
