Vinge has advised the French-Italian electronics and semiconductor manufacturer STMicroelectronics N.V. in connection with the acquisition of Atollic, a leading software-development tools supplier.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Christina Kokko (responsible partner), Linda Sengul, Andrea Ahlgren, Desirée Sjöblom and Stina Bengtsson (M&A and corporate matters), Malin Ohlin (commercial agreements), Lova Unge (employment law), Ludvig Wettergren and Pauline Lagerstrand (finance matters), Sophia Holm (IT) and Paulina Malmberg (intellectual property), Karolina Cohrs (real property) and Hayaat Ibrahim (compliance).

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
