Vinge has advised Sileon in connection with its rights issue

Vinge has advised Sileon AB (publ) in connection with its rights issue, which provides the company with proceeds of approximately SEK 33.8 million before deduction of transaction costs.

The rights issue is primarily intended to finance ongoing commercialization activities, product development, and general working capital. Sileon is a global fintech company that offers an innovative card-based Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) SaaS functionality to banks, card issuers and fintechs. Sileon is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
