Vinge has advised SBC Sveriges BostadsrättsCentrum, a all-round supplier within the residential real estate market, in connection with its acquisition of the housing management company Mediator AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jonas Bergström, Johanna Wiberg and Olivia Belding (M&A), Victor Ericsson and Emelie Svanberg (Tax), Emil Lindwall (Employment), Mika Jordan (Corporate Commercial) as well as Emy Rydén (VDR).
