Vinge has advised Promimic AB (publ) in connection with its listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The first day of trading is 29 April 2022. In connection with the listing, a shares subscription offer was performed at a subscription price of SEK 16.

Promimic AB is a biomaterials company which produces and markets HAnano Surface, a unique coating for medical implants which strengthens their anchoring in bone tissue. Promimic focuses on the dental and orthopaedic implant market.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Anders Strid, Johanna Hamrefält (project manager), Adrian Filipovic, Rebecka Hansson, Anna Högsten and Fredrik Löwenclou.
