Vinge has advised Procuritas in connection with the formation of their largest fund to date

April 11, 2023 Banking and Finance Corporate Tax Private Funds

The fund has received total commitments of EUR 407 million. Procuritas is a private equity firm focusing on Nordic buyout investments in small to medium-sized companies operating in, e.g. software development and the production of niche products.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Mattias Schömer, Jesper Ottergren, Marcus Andersson, Martin Svanberg, Viveka Classon, Emelie Svanberg, Ludvig Berke, Nour Makie and Moa Frändestam.
