Vinge has advised Pareto Securities AB and Nordea Bank AB (publ) in connection with a bond issue of up to 150 MEUR

Vinge has advised Pareto Securities AB and Nordea Bank AB (publ) in connection with a bond issue of up to 150 MEUR, issued by Cembrit Group A/S on 20 March 2017.

Pareto Securities AB and Nordea Bank AB (publ) acted as joint bookrunners. The bonds have a tenor of four years and a floating interest rate of three-months Euribor plus a floating rate margin of 5.50 per cent.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be issued to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes. Cembrit Group A/S will apply for the bonds to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

EU climate taxonomy – New regulations concerning companies’ publication of information

According to the European Union’s climate taxonomy, certain organisations must publish to what extent their operations are environmentally sustainable. In order to clarify what information the companies need to report, as well as how this should be done, the EU Commission has prepared a new delegated regulation. Primarily, the delegated regulation establishes relevant financial key ratios and different report precedents.
