Vinge has advised Pareto Securities AB and Nordea Bank AB (publ) in connection with a bond issue of up to 150 MEUR, issued by Cembrit Group A/S on 20 March 2017.

Pareto Securities AB and Nordea Bank AB (publ) acted as joint bookrunners. The bonds have a tenor of four years and a floating interest rate of three-months Euribor plus a floating rate margin of 5.50 per cent.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be issued to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes. Cembrit Group A/S will apply for the bonds to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinges team consisted of Mikael Ståhl, André Isacson and Lionardo Ojeda.
