Vinge has advised Online Brands Nordic AB (publ) in connection with the sale of the photo business Önskefoto to Dutch Albumprinter.

Partner Anders Forkman together with the associates Kristian Ford och Susanne Samuelsson (M&A) and Therese Lindholm (employment law) has represented Online Brands Nordic AB (publ).
