Vinge has advised Nabo, a group that offers administration and management services to housing associations, on its acquisition of Örehus Fastighetsförvaltning Aktiebolag.

Örehus Fastighetsförvaltning is based in Malmö and offers services related to management and maintenance of real estate.

Vinge’s team has consisted of among others Jonas Bergström, Manne Bergström and Vilhelm Rondahl (M&A/Corporate), Victor Ericsson (Tax) and Sara Strandberg (Employment).

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
