Vinge has advised Mitsubishi Electric in connection with acquisition

Vinge has advised Mitsubishi Electric’s European subsidiary Mitsubishi Electrics B.V. in connection with its acquisition of AQS Produkter AB, a distributor of comfort, process and IT cooling and heat pumps in Sweden.

By the acquisition, Mitsubishi Electric strengthens its position on the Swedish market for climate and cooling systems as well as heat pump products.
 
Vinge’s team mainly consisted of Kristina Ekberg, Manne Bergström and Hannah Kajlinger (M&A), Fredrika Hjelmberg and Carla Zachariasson (Commercial Agreements) and Lisa Ullman and Veronika Garemark (Employment).

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
