Vinge has advised Midagon Group Oy, a portfolio company of Intera Partners, on its acquisition of Kontract AB.
Kontract is an independent IT transformation partner with around 70 employees. Following the acquisition, which will be completed by the end of 2022, Midagon and Kontract aim to become a Nordic leader in independent business and IT consulting with a team of around 170 experts in Finland and Sweden.
Vinge´s team consisted of among others Jonas Bergström and Gustav Wahlberg (M&A), Sara Strandberg and Sara Passandideh (Employment) as well as Tove Tullberg (Compliance).
