Alfa Kommun & Landsting AB and Safe Care Svenska AB develop and provide software solutions to both public and private healthcare providers and the companies employ close to 40 employees and serve more than 400 customers throughout Sweden.

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle.
