Vinge has advised Lantmännen on the acquisition of a minority stake in KG:s Ägg

Vinge has advised Lantmännen on the acquisition of a minority stake of 30 % in KG:s Ägg, a leading Swedish egg packaging company. Closing is supposed to take place on 1 April 2022.

Vinges team consisted primarily of Christina Kokko and Jenny Sandlund (M&A), Isabell Nielsen (Corporate Commercial), Frida Ställborn and Ulf Pyk (Real Estate), Johan Wahlbom (Competition), Lina Österberg (Environment and Compliance) and Gustav Lindgren (Employment).

 Vinge has advised Consolid Equity Investment AB ("Consolid Equity") on the acquisition of Ström & Gulliksson, one of the leading patent agencies in the Nordics. The acquisition forms part of the establishment of Petra Group, a European platform aimed at consolidating patent agencies across Europe to combine expertise and resources primarily within patents and trademarks. Consolid acts as a strategic partner in the new group.
