Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group on the acquisition of Sit Right and Enskede Hydraul

Lagercrantz Group AB (publ) has acquired 70 percent of the shares in the two Swedish companies Sit Right AB and Enskede Hydraul AB, which are leading operators in products and aftermarket parts for forestry and construction machinery in Europe.

Together, the companies have a turnover of just over SEK 150 million with good profitability.

Vinge’s team consisted mainly of Johan Winnerblad, Michella Lina Said, Josef Groow, Hedvig Ekdahl, Alva Skott, Sara Link and Agnes Pigg.

 Vinge has represented Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) in connection with a facilities agreement for SEK 7,500,000,000 with a syndicate of banks, arranged by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige.
