Vinge has advised KLAR Partners in connection with its divestment of Swoosh Group to Serwent

Swoosh is a leading provider of inspection, maintenance, and services for underground infrastructure in Sweden, delivering sewer pipe inspection, cleaning, repair, and maintenance to municipalities, industrial operators, and property owners across 23 sites nationwide. Swoosh today employs approximately 450 people and generates revenues of nearly SEK 700 million.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals, and completion is expected in the autumn of 2026.

Vinge’s team mainly consisted of Johanna Wiberg, Sara Hill, Sara Hammond and Viktor Ejlertsson (M&A), David Olander (EU, Competition & Regulatory), and Jasmina Skandari and Ellinore Boström Andersson (Transaction Support).

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
